We saw too many platforms treating encryption as an add-on. Fableapp started with a different premise: privacy is the architecture, not a feature. So we built security into the foundation from the very first line of code.
What makes your privacy commitments different?
We collect minimal metadata, store content encrypted on your device, and back everything with a security-by-design approach. Our commitments aren't a marketing page. They're the engineering decisions we defend in every review.
What's the roadmap for the next year?
We're building mobile apps for Android and iOS first, then desktop. Each release strengthens the foundation: hardware-backed security where available, faster search, and privacy-preserving backup. The order is deliberate, not random.
How do you keep user data private?
Your messages are end-to-end encrypted, your local storage is encrypted, and your app can be locked with a PIN or biometrics. We strip unnecessary metadata and keep privacy-preserving backup as your fallback, not our convenience.
Will Fableapp stay free or add paid plans?
We're still an early startup, so we're focused on the core platform first. Our approach will stay simple: the essential privacy features remain central to the product. Pricing details come later, but the architecture won't change.
