Where is my chat data stored?
Your messages live in encrypted local storage on your device. Nothing sits in plain text on a server, so your conversation history stays yours alone.
Can I access my chats offline?
Yes. Content you have already synced stays available offline. Once you reconnect, new messages come through and everything remains encrypted.
What file types can I share securely?
Documents, photos, videos, audio, PDFs, and ZIPs all work. Each conversation has its own dedicated secure folder to keep shared content organized.
How do disappearing messages work?
You choose a timer for each chat. When it expires, those messages are removed from the device. It is an option you control per conversation.
Can I recover my chats if I switch phones?
Yes, through a privacy-preserving backup and restore process. Your encrypted data transfers without ever being readable by anyone but you.
